Making desserts without the use of neither eggs nor dairy is not rocket science. Neither is getting rid of refined sugar as the go-to sweetener. It does, however, require a little tweaking.

In this workshop you’ll learn how to make perfectly delicious 100% plant-based and refined sugar free desserts that will wow even the most seasoned dessert eater.

Together we’ll make three different desserts

Option 1:

  • Poached pear tart
  • Mini matcha cakes
  • Strawberry mousse

Option 2:

  • Strawberry cheesecake
  • Coconut lemon Panna Cotta with lemon relish
  • Chocolate cake with creamy coffee drizzle

Option 3:

  • Mixed berry pudding with cashew nut cream and mixed berry salad
  • Gluten free pear/apple/plum/berry/rhubarb cake (fruit is season dependent) with cream sauce
  • Chocolate covered spiced almond bites
