Homemade Ketchup

A quickly made ketchup that tastes better than Heinz

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Keep refrigerated and use within a couple of weeks.
