For those of us who are leaning green it is often a challenge finding plant rich options at a cocktail party or reception. In this workshop we’ll address that discrepancy.
Choose any five dishes:
- Summer rolls (fresh spring rolls), Asian leaning, with peanut sauce
- Summer rolls (fresh spring rolls), non-Asian leaning, with tahini dip
- Soba maki with sesame tofu and mustard dipping sauce
- Tofu feta cheese on mushy peas served in spoons
- Watermelon Gazpacho (seasonal).
- Thai-spiced tofu cakes with sweet chili sauce
- Mushroom stuffed jalapeños
- Aubergine meatballs with tahini dip and quick pickled cucumbers
- Chocolate covered spiced almond bites
